I have over 25 years senior leadership experience in Operations and HR with world class, outstanding ‘people led culture’ businesses.
My CPO and HR Director expertise lies working closely with CEO’s and Operations to proactively align people strategy with business goals—ensuring that ‘People’ is not just a function, but a competitive advantage building the culture you need.
I strongly believe HR is a vital component in any truly successful business and should proactively push, challenge, build capability and support leadership ensuring a deep culture and ultimately long term growth.
Based in Cheltenham, fully mobile.

I am 5 years into my first role as a People Director and every day I channel the knowledge and experience I gained whilst under Karl’s mentorship.
